I was born and raised in London, but Mauritius has always been home. Growing up with Mauritian roots, I came back regularly — for family, for the warmth, and for the place that shaped who I am. Moving here permanently isn't a leap into the unknown — it's a homecoming.

In London, I built a career as a Head of HR in financial services — earning my Associate CIPD qualification — working in high-level corporate environments where professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail weren't optional. Those standards are in my DNA, and I bring them to every property I manage.

But I'm not just a corporate professional. With 7+ years of hands-on property management experience, I've personally bought, renovated, and sold multiple homes, managed my own rentals on both short-term and long-term bases, and successfully hosted guests across Amsterdam and London — earning Airbnb Superhost status on my London portfolio. I know what makes a property work — from the plumbing to the pillow choices.

Now I'm combining all of that here in Mauritius, to give property owners something they deserve but rarely find: a manager who genuinely cares, who picks up the phone, and who treats your home as if it were her own.

How much does your Airbnb management service cost?

We charge a simple, transparent 20% of gross rental revenue. There are no setup fees, no photography charges, and no hidden extras. Most competitors charge 25% or more, often on a less transparent basis with additional costs on top.

Can I still use my property when I want to?

Absolutely — your property is your home first. There are no minimum availability commitments. Simply block the dates you want to use it, and we manage the rest. You're never locked in.

How much can I earn renting my Mauritius villa on Airbnb?

Earnings depend on your property's location, size, and amenities. A well-managed 2-bedroom villa in Flic en Flac can earn around €20,000–25,000 per year at 65% occupancy. What areas of Mauritius do you cover?

After every stay, we conduct a thorough 360° video walkthrough of the entire property and share it with you. Any damages are documented and addressed immediately. This level of post-stay accountability is one of the things that sets us apart.

I don't live in Mauritius — can you still manage my property?

Absolutely — many of our clients are overseas property owners, particularly from the UK, Europe, and South Africa. We handle everything on the ground so you don't have to be present. Our detailed reporting, video walkthroughs, and open communication mean you always know exactly what's happening with your property.

Airbnb provides significantly stronger host insurance (up to $3M in damage protection), more robust guest verification, and better-established dispute resolution processes than other platforms. By focusing on one platform, we also optimise your listing more effectively rather than spreading efforts thin across multiple sites.

What if I don't want to rent out my property — can you still help?

Absolutely. We also offer property care and house sitting services for owners who want peace of mind without renting. This includes regular property checks, coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing utility payments, and ensuring your home stays safe and well-maintained while you're away. It's ideal for overseas owners who visit Mauritius periodically.
