Sabrina Gungaloo
Born and raised in London with Mauritian roots, Sabrina's move here was a homecoming. Her career as a Head of HR in financial services (Associate CIPD) was built in environments where professionalism, reliability and attention to detail weren't optional — and those standards come with her to every property.
With 7+ years of hands-on property management she has bought, renovated and sold homes, run her own short and long-term rentals, and hosted across Amsterdam and London — earning Airbnb Superhost status on her London portfolio.
Simon Andreas Hofmann
Real estate investor and entrepreneur. Simon is the founder and managing partner of a London-based strategy consultancy advising private equity investors, with more than fifteen years across top-tier consulting, investment and commercial leadership.
A property owner in Flic en Flac himself, he brings an investor's discipline to how the business is run — the reporting, the pricing and the standards behind every mandate.
